I love this. I don't care if other people don't... I love this. ^.^
And so does Wakusei-chan!! Yay! That makes me so very very happy.

Anyway... if anyone ever read my journal, which no one does, and that's fine. I went on for four days about this pic. and finally, it's done and ready to be uploaded! Yay!

I drew this for one of my best best best friends, .
It took me three entire days to finish, this included matteing and frameing.
Wings and hair can be a bitch sometimes...

This is done with color pencil... so yeah. After I was done with this I dubbed myself the temp. colored pencil queen. Huzzah! Fear me and my perishable title...
The finished piece (matted, ect.) has song lyrics below it:
I'm right here by your side
And in spite of every time
We'll be alright
We'll be just fine

It's from I Hope You're Right by Tinkers Punishment. They're a good band, you should look them up!


As a request from the recipent of this pic. (:iconwakusei:) (Smile) no one is allowed to comment before she does. She wants to be first, and if she's not she sic her... uh... man eating... um... nano robots... no... fire buster or something on you! So beware!!

Holy..!!!! *dies* That is so pretty *o* Especially the wings! So much detail! I can't get over it XD I cannot draw wings at all ;_; *worships you* The frame is lovely too, I like how the wing peeks out of the border ever so slightly :D (Big Grin) Really adds to the composition. Great work.

Very nice. And when I say that, I MEAN : VERY nice. I work in coloured pencils, so I'm well aware how difficult this must have been, how often you probably cursed it, cursed the pencils, everything. But it was so worth it, because tis lovely and soft and it has this air of gentle calmness.

Excellent job ducky.
